Lovely location , beautiful room , enjoyed the food and atmosphere but was disappointed that there was no shower cap in bathroom . We stayed in room 21 and we should have been warned that we would have heard a lot of noise until after 12am as they cleaned up after the wedding and because of this I couldn't sleep until early hours of the morning , I was so angry . Would go back but never stay in that room .
what a great 2 days. the unit was just lovely in all respects and overlooked the manning river, we were also greeted with several dolphins cruising by . quiet and peaceful throughout the night and because of its southwesterly direction we werent woken by the sun in the morning. the staff were just great i cant speak highly enough. harrigans next door allows you to enjoy a drink with your meals without the worry.
The irish pub was great, Room, someone gone over board with glue tac labels with extra charge for everything, spoilt our stay. And absolutely nothing to do there.
After a long drive from Brisbane I was looking for somewhere to rest our heads. Did a search and found Harrigans with good reviews. It was just what we were looking for. Lovely pub, we rang and spoke to Rob, who greeted us as we arrived. Quickly booked a room which was spacious and sparkling. Then wandered over to the pub to join the locals. Sat by the open fire and enjoyed a drink. Great nights sleep followed by a beautifully presented breakfast sat overlooking the river. Perfect.
Quiet and comfortable. Harrigans pub a very short walk away. All staff we encountered were soooo helpful and friendly. Beautiful views and walks. A complete getaway.
